@Ryanair why is your service so poor? 2 hr delay, no apologies, rude staff, boarded in the dark in the rain, asked for a free drink due to delay, nope staff no idea & to add insult to injury, jeans spoilt by chewing gum on seat. Never again whether you’re the cheapest or not.
