Houston HC Kelvin Sampson - Why Coaches Fail
- "I think the coaches that fail at every level, are the coaches that are passive aggressive. Passing aggressive coaches are usually afraid to hold kids accountable, they rationalize."
- "If you're going to build a culture, the first thing you have to come to grips with, you're going to have confrontation."
- Consistency
- Competence
- Confidence
- Confrontation
@angelaganote I would suggest talking to @RickFOP86 about the incompetency that is the Marion County Prosecutors office and the lack of support they provide @IMPDnews in keeping these career criminals off the streets
Just looking through court records and Wolfe was arrested in April of 2025 for being in possession of a firearm as a violent offender. In October, he failed to appear for his Marion County court hearing. I don’t know what work went into finding him, but now 5 months later a woman is dead.
Every jersey snapped.
Every helmet tightened.
Every player ready.
That’s what Mitch does, and has done for 22 years.
IU Football isn’t the same without him.
PS: If you want that extra pair of gloves… it helps to stay on his good side.
Good luck…..I got bot responses when I asked about my refunds..eventually had to get my credit card company involved…you have out kicked your coverage when it comes to customer service….
@HomefieldApparl I returned items to you and have yet to see a credit to my account. I have sent emails and left message without any response….can you respond?
Sickening. Maybe @ryanmearsindy can explain to this family why he gave this child predator a sweetheart deal in May for only 19 days in jail after beating his wife and hiding his HIV/AIDS 👀
The Costs of Leadership: Kirby Smart
1. You will make hard decisions that negatively affect people.
2. You will be disliked despite your best attempts to do the best for the most.
3. You will be misunderstood & won't have the chance to defend yourself.

We’re grateful for our relationship with @IndSportsCorp! Our team had a blast competing in the 2025 Corporate Challenge at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and rallied together to raise over $28,000 through our annual employee giving campaign in support of ISC’s mission.
A coach can only do so much to help an athlete improve. Ultimately, the success of an athlete comes down to their inner drive. Once they become intrinsically motivated, they can get the most out of their coach and reach their full potential.
I am proud of the critical support the Indiana State Police offered this weekend to protect our state capital.
At the request of IMPD, who is doing tremendous work in an increasingly difficult environment, Indiana State Police deployed troopers from its Special Operations Section, troopers from its Indianapolis District, and its Aviation Section whose presence sent a clear message that violence would not be tolerated downtown.
Officers apprehended suspects, recovered stolen weapons, and patrolled the downtown area. While they were downtown, no shootings occurred.
Indiana State Police will continue devoting additional resources to keep our state capital safe as long as is needed. However, the Indianapolis Mayor and Prosecutor must do their part to protect the city and that means taking swift action to address this criminal activity and the bad actors who perpetuate it.
THIS is why we have a crime problem in Indianapolis.
Ryan “Friend of the Miscreant” Mears cutting sweetheart deals for his criminal buddies.
This just keeps happening over and over again. Until residents get serious about demanding law and order from their elected officials it will continue to happen and get even worse.
