Delta Airlines has terrible WiFi. I am a million miler and fly constantly for work. I need to be able to rely on it to do my work in the air but I never can. Why they refuse to do a deal with Starlink is baffling and so frustrating to me. @Delta@Starlink
My 16- and 13-year-old daughters, both LDS, went to the Red Cliffs Utah Temple today just to walk the grounds, see the beautiful new temple, and take some pictures. My 13-year-old was in a tank top and sweats—nothing revealing.
As they walked up, a man in a white Tesla started honking and yelling, “You don’t belong here. You need to leave!”
That’s the exact opposite of everything the Church teaches about being Christlike and welcoming. It broke my heart. These are good young women who love the gospel, and to be shouted at on temple grounds… I’m so sad and frustrated that this kind of judgment still exists in our community.
Let’s do better, friends. Temple grounds should feel like a place of peace for everyone who wants to be there.
As someone who's spent 18 years in healthcare supply chain—building tools and processes specifically to tackle opaque costing, inefficient procurement, and waste—I can confirm: the post isn't wrong.
GPOs and pricing: We would use GPOs for contract coverage for my tail. But anyone who knows anything knows they can do better by going direct. Classic 80/20 rule here should apply. Contracts accounting for 80% of your non-labor spend (20% of the contracts) should be negotiated direct. Have your GPO handle the 20% of the spend (80% of the contracts).
Day Two underway!
Curtis McEntire (SpendMend) & Joe Walsh (Supply Chain Sherpas) are breaking down the forces reshaping healthcare—and how cost cycle innovation is driving the next wave of supply chain transformation.

@elonmusk I’ve been a proud Tesla owner since 2015. I currently have a Model S Plaid and a Cybertruck lighting up my driveway. How can you not appreciate something this cool? 🔥
@elonmusk@elonmusk can you speak to the stated intentions of DOGE called out in the executive order? It speaks to IT modernization but nothing about cutting costs. Just trying to understand.
All my original post was that I was excited that a candidate has a plan to reduce federal spending. Trump has one. Kamala does not. If she had a plan I would be more inclined to consider voting for her.
We should be able to agree that our federal debt is out of control and not sustainable. There is a lot of wasteful spending in government. It’s a priority for me that a presidential candidate cares about this and will at least try to make it better for future generations.
The US national debt is a staggering $35 trillion and continuing to pile up every year. Today at the Trump rally in NY, Musk announced a target to reduce annual federal spending by $2 trillion dollars.
This what we need! If any candidate, from any party, seriously commits to and can achieve such fiscal responsibility, they have my vote. #DebtReduction #FiscalResponsibility
