Hi followers and friends. After working for a couple weeks quietly, I want to mention this side project I've started on Twitter documenting changes, growth, and development in Denver. It's called @BuildupDenver and I hope you'll join in the conversation

[Build Up Denver @BuildUpDenver]

I started #BuildupDenver as a personal project of documenting changes and dev in the neighborhoods where I've lived in Denver. But questions, predictions, and trade-offs like these all interest me, and now I hope this project can be a forum for convo in the #YimbyDenver scene 6/6

[Hey, its Andy 🏔️ @AndySteinWx]

I messed up my ankle last night, and boy, when you can’t really walk, getting around on RTD is much tougher. Not walking to the nearest LR when there’s a bus stop right outside my home. But then you gotta transfer…

@BryanByBike Just in a superlative sense. Thought about trying to put more of a finger on it (food/coffee/drinks/patio) but just... the best spot!

Is St Mark's Coffeehouse/Thin Man the best spot on 17th Ave?

[Also a Poet @CushenAndrew]

The DAM’s rentals and deliveries… come on. They block the 13th Ave protected bike lane for up to an hour at a time, 3x a week #bikeden

Two guys talking behind me at Petunia Bakeshop:
1: It's one of those questions, like "Are there more wheels or doors in the world?"
2: Ah, a tricky question, like do wheels of cheese count?
1: Exactly!
