My package that I need delivered today has been automatically rescheduled for re-delivery tomorrow due to no fault of mine! Trying to reach customer service and it’s all automated replies and no real help.
@dhlexpressuk communication and customer service is appalling. They send a message that my package will be delivered between 14.14 and 15.14. I get home around 13.50 to a card saying they already attempted delivery (outside of the time frame they communicated by the way)

@dhlexpressuk just checking, I’ve received some calls apparently from your customer services team about a missed deliver I’ve had. They called me and were asking me to download a money transfer App to receive some compensation for my trouble. Surely not legitimate?
