How is it even possible, in 2026, when I’m trying to sign up for @Starlink service and @FedEx is the delivery service for the @starlink hardware… and @FedEx has not delivered the @Starlink package, as stated, two days in a row… and then, I reach out to @FedExHelp and they ask me to DM them with personal information… and THAT DM conversation IS NOT ENCRYPTED, with my personal information?!?!?!?!?

@ask_fedexHqTm Just sent another message. You all keep closing my support ticket and this hasn’t been resolved. Another part of my @Wayfair order was delivered today when both I and 1 of their reps scheduled delivery for 7/3/26. I have no way to retrieve the package until 7/3/26
