@ola_supports @Ola_Bangalore refer my cmplnt no. 4194578. No resolutn till now. Most of ur drvrs refuse to switch on ACs but custmr is charged full fare. Been 4 days, but no revert fm customer cr. I've disputed my fare. Uber promptly adjusts fare to no AC 8n such cmplnts.
