@excoundrel So the muscles you„built“would only be a replacement for the ones who got transformed into energy..Humans always want to believe in something which gives them a shortcut, like targeted fat burn 4 example, but the truth is it is always hard work and not as easy as one might think
@excoundrel Also if you think about it, muscles are a luxury for your body.. they consume the most energy, so it would only be reasonable for your body to target them aswell. The only reason you can at best maintain your muscles, is because you train at the same time as you fast
@excoundrel No you can only do that if you are either a newbie, obese, coming back from an injury or if u are on juice. You will at best maintain your muscles but when you do a calorie deficit your body can not supply the sufficient energy only through fat, it will also target the muscles
@excoundrel You can not gain muscle and lose weight at the same time, you can only increase a bit in terms of added weight, but nice progress nevertheless 👏🏻
