“Family” should be liking posts that support the antis. “Family” should always make things more complicated and cause trouble for the artist. “Family” should let the artist be attacked and slandered by antis over and over again

Sebenernya setelah diem melihat fenomena setelah zai meledak, sampe hari ini masih ada pro dan kontra, jadi berpikir gini..

Kenapa sih ngeributin yang gak penting? Anggap aja si zai ini lagi pms, kerjaan dikejar deadline, lapar, bosen dituding mulu bertaun2 caper, dan masih dalam kondisi tertekan lain yang bikin dia meledak..

Dia unprofesional? Gak juga, selagi kerjaan daouoffroad bisa berjalan dengan lancar, banyak staff dibalik itu semua yang bekerja termasuk dia untuk bisa berjalan lancar kan? Dia melakukan kesalahan? Come on, semua orang juga dikerjaan pasti pernah ngelakuin kesalahan, gak mungkin gak, jago kali kalo gak pernah salah..

Masalah nemenin artist diluar kerjaan terutama nemenin daou, gantian tau yang ngikut daou gak cuma dia, staff yang lain juga ada..

Yuk berfikir positif aja saat ini, inget aja fans itu cerminan idolnya, dikit2 grasak grusuk jadiin masalah, lu fans siapa? Daouoffroad setenang itu loh ngadepin masalah, selalu menganalisis dulu baik dan buruknya, dan bagaimana mereka harus berbicara..

Masalah laporan haters/antis/sasaeng gak ada kejelasan, ya mau gimana @OPENLABEL_TH sebagai anak perusahaan dari @onehdthailand , mungkin sudah ada usahanya, tapi balik lagi @onehdthailand sebagai induk bisa tidak memfasilitasi lawyer buat para idol kita untuk mengurus hal2 pidana seperti itu, bukan hanya mengambil keuntungan.. kita gak tau rule dan SOP perusahaan disana seperti apa, tekanan dari kita sebagai fans bisa jadi gak mempengaruhi apa2 buat mereka 😶

Jalan satu2nya staff maupun idol harus hire private lawyer, tapi balik lagi apakah bisa seperti itu jika status mereka adalah employee dari si @onehdthailand ??

Yuk mulai menganalisis, kenapa sampe sekarang gak ada pengumuman laporan polisi itu dikarenakan banyak faktornya.. bukan karena staff maupun idol gak pernah lapor..

Please damai2 aja, gak suka si zai atau staff2 yang lain ya udah diunfoll aja, mute keyword namanya atau apa kek.. sebisa mungkin gak usah gatel jadi keyboard warrior, selagi idolnya adem ayem aja.. ✌️

it’s exactly why “family agenda” in a workplace is bad and a major red flag. it just creates unhealthy boundaries, emotional manipulation, stunted growth, unrealistic expectations, burn out, and doing things out of obligation.

toxic behaviors get justified, people get rewarded just for “being a family” rather than their own merit and their action performances.

a company is a place to thrive professionally, not emotionally. defining a company as a “family” often creates heavily blurred lines, especially when difficult decisions need to be made.

your workplace should professional, not personal.

your job is not your family, it’s all temporary. your family is at home, people who you will have lifelong unconditional bonds with, not where you’re working.

you don’t fire family members, a company is all about profit and performance.
