Furthermore, prioritizing the involvement of retired military officers in governance risks perpetuating a militarized approach to governance, which may not align with the principles of democratic governance and civilian leadership.

Instead of genuinely addressing the financial needs of everyday Nigerians, the emphasis seems to be on catering to the elite.

Furthermore, if local banks are already burdening their customers with exorbitant interest rates and demanding unrealistic requirements, the viability of introducing foreign credit cards with similar terms becomes dubious. It raises concerns about exacerbating financial inequality and widening the gap between the privileged few and the masses.
