@thameswater can you explain why I haven’t received an answer to an email I sent you in Oct last year? Why can no one manage to respond in almost 6 months time. This is completely unacceptable.

@ThreeUKSupport Indoors and outdoors. iPhone 11 Pro. I am not able to use mobile data at all. It’s really frustrating! Same thing happened 2 days ago and it lasted for hours!
@HSBC_UK Just spoke to HSBC customer service agent (via chat) and he was able to add a “nickname” to each account however it’s visible only when you go into the account and not from the overview/summary window, and not on mobile app but when logging in on a laptop only. So it’s useless...
@HSBC_UK When can we expect this to be available to UK customers? There could be lots to learn from Monzo, their app is amazing, can create pots and budgets. Would love to be able to have such features on HSBC app so wouldn’t have to use other banks
@HSBC_UK@Rob_Milly On your website it says it’s possible to do through ‘manage your account’, however I’ve looked for it and no such option was available. It seems the question has been originally asked in Sept 2020, it is now 2021 but it doesn’t seem to be resolved. HSBC, please advise!
