Buy 7 or 30 days of a Meteora position's fee income. Hold $CUTS for the desk. Creator fees buy back and burn $CUTS.
The solana:jr963C1eUWRYk7TYAxii7MRyJqr1zJhVyZuYgVYpump buyback is live again.
The first round since the restart is on chain: [first round Solscan link]. Same size, same pace as before the pause. Every round lands on https://t.co/ncAoNbZUgS with its buy and burn transactions, around the clock.
Now, the next update.
Today CUTS prices one kind of income: Meteora fee positions, sold in 7 or 30 day windows. Next, CUTS opens to any on-chain revenue. AI agents, APIs, games, payments, pool fees: if it earns on chain, a fixed window of it can be priced and sold on CUTS.
We call it the Universal Revenue Router. It ships in three stages, each verified on mainnet before the next.
Details on each stage continue in the next posts.
Holders of the solana:jr963C1eUWRYk7TYAxii7MRyJqr1zJhVyZuYgVYpump fee market are already claiming.
17 claims from 4 holder wallets so far, each one paid straight out of the CUTS vault. Every claim is signed by the holder alone and settled on chain.
Five of them, as examples:

https://t.co/6uY5DruDBt
https://t.co/gzfctdbFxT
https://t.co/1i6246fump
https://t.co/OwZA4z2gbN
The full list, every claim with its wallet, units, amount and transaction: https://t.co/j4ArpffPaD
This is the whole loop working with real money. The solana:jr963C1eUWRYk7TYAxii7MRyJqr1zJhVyZuYgVYpump pool trades, fees land in the vault, holders of the live 7-day window see their share grow, and they take it out whenever they want, in SOL, with no one in between. The window still has days to run, so the claims keep coming.
How a CUTS window works, in four steps.
01 Pick a window. Choose a fee source and a fixed window, 7 or 30 days. The source, its pool and its past earnings are all readable on chain before you buy.
02 Buy units. Each unit is a fixed share of what that source earns inside the window. The price is set up front, and the source's fee position stays locked with the CUTS program for the whole term.
03 Watch it accrue. As the pool trades, real fees land in the CUTS vault and are split to every unit holder. Your share grows with every crank, and you can follow it line by line.
04 Claim or resell. Claim what has accrued at any time, in the tokens it was earned in. Or list your units and sell the rest of the window to someone else before it ends.
Every one of those trades feeds the solana:jr963C1eUWRYk7TYAxii7MRyJqr1zJhVyZuYgVYpump buyback, which buys solana:jr963C1eUWRYk7TYAxii7MRyJqr1zJhVyZuYgVYpump on chain and burns it, round by round on https://t.co/ncAoNbZUgS.
80 buyback rounds. 36.9 SOL spent on chain buying solana:jr963C1eUWRYk7TYAxii7MRyJqr1zJhVyZuYgVYpump. 68.3M solana:jr963C1eUWRYk7TYAxii7MRyJqr1zJhVyZuYgVYpump burned.
Every one of those rounds is public: the buy transaction, the burn transaction, the amount, the time. All of it sits on https://t.co/ncAoNbZUgS, round by round, and every line opens on Solscan.
The engine behind it is simple. Fees come in from the CUTS fee position and the markets built on it, the buyback buys solana:jr963C1eUWRYk7TYAxii7MRyJqr1zJhVyZuYgVYpump on chain, and the same round burns it. No batching, no delayed reporting.
Stage one of the Universal Revenue Router, The CUTS Curve, opens within the next 24 hours. We will post the exact time ahead of it, and the buyback limit rises to 2 SOL per round the moment it goes live.
The next update, in detail.
Stage one of the Universal Revenue Router is The CUTS Curve, and it is next to open.
What opens with it:
- The Curve itself. Every source on CUTS gets a public price for each window length, built from what its 7 and 30 day windows actually sold for and actually paid out, read from chain.
- Next windows, on sale before they start. The next 7-day window of CUTS's own fee income can be bought today. It settles in the real revenue: when the window opens, your share fills with what it earns and you claim it like any CUTS position.
And the buyback limit. The moment Stage one opens, the buyback limit rises to 2 SOL per round, with rounds still running every few minutes. Every round stays visible with its buy and burn on https://t.co/ncAoNbZUgS.
We will post the moment Stage one is live, together with the first 2 SOL round on chain.
Why the Universal Revenue Router matters for solana:jr963C1eUWRYk7TYAxii7MRyJqr1zJhVyZuYgVYpump.
Every window sold on CUTS, every resale and every advance is a trade, and every trade feeds the buyback that buys solana:jr963C1eUWRYk7TYAxii7MRyJqr1zJhVyZuYgVYpump on chain and burns it, round by round on https://t.co/ncAoNbZUgS.
Today that engine runs on one kind of income. The Router opens it to every kind. Each new source adds new windows, each new window adds new trades, and each new trade adds to the burn. More sources, more trades, a bigger solana:jr963C1eUWRYk7TYAxii7MRyJqr1zJhVyZuYgVYpump burn.
The order stays the same as every update so far: one stage at a time, each verified on mainnet before the next. Stage one is first. We will post the moment it is live.
Universal Revenue Router, stage three: the Router itself.
Today a source on CUTS has to be a Meteora fee position. Stage three removes that limit. Any service that gets paid on chain can route its revenue straight into a CUTS vault: an AI agent charging per task, an API charging per call, a game taking payments.
From there it runs on the rails CUTS already has. A fixed window of that revenue is put up for sale. Buyers hold their share while the window runs and claim what actually lands in the vault. Shares can be resold before the window ends. When the window closes, the next one can open.
Because revenue lands in the vault first, every payout is readable on chain. Windows stay fixed and short, so no buyer is tied to a source for longer than the window they chose.
Universal Revenue Router, stage two: Instant advance.
The hardest moment for anyone selling future income is the wait. You list a window, then hope the units sell before it starts.
Instant advance removes the wait. An owner picks a future window of a source they hold, sees a price based on what that source has actually earned before, and takes SOL right away. The window is filled the moment it is issued.
For owners, it turns next month's income into working capital today. For the market, it means every new source starts with a live, filled window instead of an empty one. Every advance is a trade on CUTS, and every trade feeds the solana:jr963C1eUWRYk7TYAxii7MRyJqr1zJhVyZuYgVYpump buyback and burn.
Universal Revenue Router, stage one: The CUTS Curve.
Every market on CUTS already leaves three facts on chain: how long the window ran, what it sold for, and what it actually earned. Put those side by side and you get something on-chain income has never had: a price for every window length. A curve for cash flow.
Stage one publishes that curve. Each source shows what its 7 and 30 day windows sold for against what they paid out, read straight from chain.
It also opens the next window before it starts. You can buy next week's income today, and it settles in the revenue itself, not in a price feed. When the window opens, your share fills with the real tokens it earns, and you claim them like any other CUTS position.
More windows on sale means more trades, and every trade feeds the solana:jr963C1eUWRYk7TYAxii7MRyJqr1zJhVyZuYgVYpump buyback and burn.
solana:jr963C1eUWRYk7TYAxii7MRyJqr1zJhVyZuYgVYpump is now boosted on DEX Screener.
https://t.co/azj3Qbgv7E
The timing is deliberate. It lands with the buyback restart and ahead of the next update. CUTS is where on-chain fee income trades as a priced, fixed-term share, and every trade on it feeds the buyback that burns this token.
What anyone landing on the chart can check for themselves:

Nothing here asks for trust. It is all on chain.
Ops update on solana:jr963C1eUWRYk7TYAxii7MRyJqr1zJhVyZuYgVYpump.
The buyback worker has been paused since its last round for backend infrastructure maintenance on the server side. A miscommunication with our marketing team meant the notice planned for the moment of the pause never went out, so here is the full picture now.
Nothing on-chain was affected. The CUTS program, the fee vaults and every open market have kept running. Fees keep flowing in and accruing to holders, and claims work as normal at https://t.co/BWJ47n9ad2. The buyback pool has not been touched, and the fees earned during the pause are held on chain, ready to feed the buyback once rounds resume.
Buybacks resume within the next 30 to 60 minutes, at the same size and pace as before, round by round on https://t.co/ncAoNbZUgS.
Alongside the restart, we are boosting solana:jr963C1eUWRYk7TYAxii7MRyJqr1zJhVyZuYgVYpump on DEX Screener, so more people see the chart just as the buyback comes back online and the next update gets closer.
Once rounds are live, we will post a confirmation together with the plan for the next update.
@ddparikh13 Not yet. CUTS works with Meteora DAMM v2 fee positions today, and https://t.co/KD2iEohOts coins graduate to PumpSwap, where creator fees work differently. Supporting more launchpads is exactly where the rail is headed, and https://t.co/KD2iEohOts is high on that list.
Update 1 of the next major release is live: the solana:jr963C1eUWRYk7TYAxii7MRyJqr1zJhVyZuYgVYpump fee market is now weekly.
What changed
Until now, CUTS had one market on its own income: a 7-day slice of the solana:jr963C1eUWRYk7TYAxii7MRyJqr1zJhVyZuYgVYpump pool's trading fees. As of today, the second week is already on sale. Week 2 starts earning the exact moment week 1 ends, so there is never a gap between them. One 7-day slice rolls straight into the next, every week, for as long as solana:jr963C1eUWRYk7TYAxii7MRyJqr1zJhVyZuYgVYpump trades.
How it works
The solana:jr963C1eUWRYk7TYAxii7MRyJqr1zJhVyZuYgVYpump pool's fee position stays locked with the CUTS program the whole time. Every trade in the pool pays a fee into that position, the program splits it between the people holding slices and the seller, and each holder's share is tracked to the lamport. Holders claim from their Portfolio whenever they want, and every claim is public on the Payouts page with its Solscan link.
Why it matters for solana:jr963C1eUWRYk7TYAxii7MRyJqr1zJhVyZuYgVYpump
Half of every slice sale goes straight into the buyback, on top of the creator fees that already buy and burn solana:jr963C1eUWRYk7TYAxii7MRyJqr1zJhVyZuYgVYpump every few minutes. A weekly market means a new sale every week, which means a new stream into the burn every week. The more solana:jr963C1eUWRYk7TYAxii7MRyJqr1zJhVyZuYgVYpump trades, the more each slice earns, and the more demand there is for the next one.
Buy early
Week 2 is open now, before it starts. Buy it today and you hold all 7 days of its income from the first minute, at the opening price.
What's next
This was the first piece. Update 2 is already built and lands within the next 30 minutes. Watch this account.

Rebates add up from every buy and are paid out on chain every day, each with a Solscan record. Your tokens never leave your wallet.
Track yours at https://t.co/k3eGlA6hk2.
And the one many of you have been waiting for, the higher buyback limit per round, opens soon. We'll announce it here the moment it's live.
https://t.co/YRMhvbgvmD
Buyback limit is now 1 SOL per round.
Every few minutes, the buyback claims the creator fees, buys solana:jr963C1eUWRYk7TYAxii7MRyJqr1zJhVyZuYgVYpump on chain and burns every token it buys in the same round. There is no daily cap: rounds keep running for as long as fees come in, day and night. Both transactions of every round, the buy and the burn, are on the Burn Ledger for anyone to check.
With this, today's release is complete.

The bigger burn: 1 SOL per round, live now
More fees in, more solana:jr963C1eUWRYk7TYAxii7MRyJqr1zJhVyZuYgVYpump bought, more solana:jr963C1eUWRYk7TYAxii7MRyJqr1zJhVyZuYgVYpump burned. The limit per round just doubled, and with no daily cap, the buyback never sits idle while fees are flowing.
What holds it all together
Every payout to slice holders is public on the Payouts page and matches the chain to the lamport. Every fill is on the Verify page. Every burn is on the Burn Ledger. Nothing on CUTS asks you to trust a dashboard: it all points to Solscan.
The bigger picture
Today CUTS prices one thing: the solana:jr963C1eUWRYk7TYAxii7MRyJqr1zJhVyZuYgVYpump pool's own income. But the rail is built for any income that is paid on chain.
- Every project earning Meteora fees can list its next week or next month on the same desk and get paid today, instead of waiting for fees to drip in.
- Buyers get something crypto has never had: income they can hold on its own, apart from the token's price, priced before they buy and settled to the lamport after.
- Next, one share holds many positions at once and rolls into the next window on its own: a basket of on-chain income in a single slice.
- After that, the same rail pBuyback limit is now 1 SOL per round, and the first round has already landed.
First 1 SOL round, bought and burned on chain:

Yes, once your coin graduates to a Meteora DAMM v2 pool. The creator gets an LP position there, and its fees can be listed on CUTS: lock the position with the program, sell a share of the next 7 or 30 days, and buyers hold units that earn from your pool's trading fees.
That's exactly what CUTS did with its own pool. The bonding curve stage isn't supported yet, only the DAMM v2 position after graduation.
