This is one of the reasons i stopped going by flights to bbsr , the flight journey is worth but this hassle doesn't, even for my parents i would book train rather than this because of then , also that ama yatri app is also same , they will beg whatever you give, Mo bus is good but with luggage its not worth,
So better option is getting down at your nearest railway station or just call some friends or driver over to pick up
