I live in Huddersfield and travel to Leeds, Victoria, Piccadilly, Sheffield & Bolton. The video is a midday train from Huddersfield to Victoria. The problem is bad management not platforms 15&16 #trainsontime

@DelayDaily Seemingly there was a load of shenanigans with TOO MANY drivers and drivers appearing in taxis for no trains at 4-5ish this morning... @TPEDistress @cutthecrap. The 0645 was on time but packed, mostly seated. Any later than that I'd be standing.

@cutthecrap The innovation team were in Leeds earlier in the week. When I asked what was it they did and was told they sort out displays and new things on trains, my reaction was, it's probably better just to have some old running trains than new non-running ones!

100% Chris, they have a marketing department to print posters of the new trains to display at the station and on the website, the should get hem to help out at the stations.

@AndyBTravels @cutthecrap Bt they had the staff to run the trains they had. They sent them on training courses and then found they had no staff to continue their already lousy service. Nothing to do with train builders!

We realise this makes travelling challenging at times & take responsibility for this through our delay repay scheme which allows customers to apply for a refund.^HF

@cutthecrap TPE new train delivery is delayed thus the investment has not come on stream fully yet - AFAIK 3 car should now be 6 car.... they can’t magic up trains in this instance blame the train builders!!

@AndyBurnhamGM How dare you blame this on the government, the fault is the CEO’s of the train companies & rail track. It took 3hs to get home. 3 of the 6 carriages where locked due to staff shortages, come on a train with me I’ll explain what the problem is.
