History was made this past weekend during the 7A State Championship Meet as @cuttytrack became the first program in the State of North Carolina to complete the triple crown for both boys and girls teams!
The girls team also finished as runner ups!
You might know more tea than me. I wasn’t aware there was any. Just seeing my entire timeline filled with what happened yesterday. Just pointing out there is a way to celebrate without getting a DQ. Trust me every coach on staff told our young man what to do and he did exactly as told.
If private schools don't recruit, then why did I just watch an entire track staff walk into the public school state championships wearing their coaching gear?
The moment a second-place finish in the 4x400 relay to end the day helped the Cuthbertson boys capture the NCHSAA 7A Boys Track and Field State Championship.

What a joke. Vote these 🤡 out of office. Name another profession where 30 years of experience only gains you $5000.
Our leaders at the state level are inept
But they promised to meet with CMS coaches and fix it... 🤦🏻♂️ over 24 CMS office peeps make over $200,000 / year. Every CMS principal makes over $170,000. Meanwhile, HS coaches spend $1000s of their own buying kids food, taking them home, and letting them live in their house. SMH
Tom Brady: “You need coaches that push you outside your comfort zone because that’s how you grow and that’s how you develop self confidence and self esteem. They push you to deal with failure.”
I am extremely excited and blessed to announce my commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at Lenoir-Rhyne University! GO BEARS! 🐻
