Today, RICA, in partnership with the University of Nebraska, hosted closing ceremonies for the Learning in Higher Education program. Program participants presented on how they would approach an opportunity for optimization at RICA using principles and frameworks from the program.

Today, Dieuveil Malonga, owner of MEZA Malonga, and a gourmet chef who specializes in afro-fusion cuisine visited our campus. We were inspired by his craft and passion for African cuisine. We look forward to working with him in the future.
