@warstic customer service/shipping is terrible!especially for the cost of the product. Ordered our bat a week ago. I received notice that it was ready to be picked up by USPS Monday but it’s still not been shipped. So much for my son getting to play with a new bat this season!

@AshleyHomeStore paid $3k for a sectional. Chase already has cushion coming apart from the back & a spot coming apart at the seam. Tried to file warranty claim, they said someone would be here last Saturday. No show. Not a happy customer! Can’t get anyone to help on the phone.
