Dear friends,
I would like to share a
special message with you.
After several years of private discernment, I would like to announce to you with great reverence and care that, with the blessing of my religious community the Sisters of the Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity (SOLT) and the Archbishop of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, his Excellency Jeffrey S. Grob, I am officially entering into a time of public discernment of the foundation of a new religious community, Friends of the Bridegroom.
The pathway here has been richly blessed by the wisdom and guidance of my spiritual director, my superiors, the competent ecclesiastical authorities, and so many dear friends and advisors.
As many of you know, my years of work in the area of healing, as well as my work with religious sisters, general superiors, bishops, and priests have allowed me to see and experience the need and ache for the ongoing healing and renewal of our clergy and religious sisters.
For the past three years, I have served as the Executive Director of Friends of the Bridegroom with Fr. John Burns. Friends of the Bridegroom is an apostolate that seeks to renew the Church through the renewal of religious life and the priesthood. It has been a profoundly blessed time, and the Lord has continually stirred a desire in all of us in the apostolate to discern the foundation of a new community of priests, religious sisters, and laity who would work toward this important renewal.
During this time of public discernment, the Friends of the Bridegroom ministry and my public activities connected with this discernment will remain under the pastoral care and oversight of Archbishop Jeffrey Grob, Archbishop of Milwaukee. I am deeply grateful for his willingness to accompany and guide this discernment during this important time.
I am truly grateful for the support of so many people over the years and I continue to count on your prayers and support as we discern this very important step. During this time of public discernment, I remain a Sister of good standing with SOLT and will continue to wear the SOLT Sisters habit.
Once again, I extend my tremendous gratitude to Sister Mary Aloysius of Jesus, SOLT General Sister Servant, her General Council, and Archbishop Jeffrey Grob.
Please pray for the renewal of the priesthood and religious life.

I heard someone say, satan got adam and eve to fix their eyes on one tree when god had already given them an entire garden, think about that. The enemy didn't have to convince them that they had nothing. He just had to make them forget everything that they already had. And he still, till this day, uses the same strategy. He gets us to focus on relationships we don't have, the job that we don't have, the opportunity we don't have, the healing we haven't seen yet. Meanwhile, we are blind to the countless prayers god has already answered. Gratitude isn't pretending you don't want more, it's refusing to let what you don't have make you forget the goodness of god that's already surrounding you.
Keep your problems smaller than your life. A flat tire is a flat tire. A bad meeting is a bad meeting. A canceled flight is just an extra two hours. These things become catastrophes when you let them. But they stay manageable when you remember the depth of your real life- the people you love, the work you care about, the beautiful years still ahead. Zoom out. Fit your reaction to the size of the problem.
@blondemedSJW But that's how all parenting goes. That's how love goes, actually. It's like a muscle. You exercise it, and your capacity grows. You become capable of things you couldn't envision.
It’s not just #Pride month; for Catholics, June is the Sacred Heart of Jesus month.
This matters to me deeply.
Why?
Because I know how it feels to be a slave to the world’s agenda while insisting that I was free. I remember feeling deeply convinced of this pride narrative about myself, and I lived in that narrative my entire life.
I started having same-sex attraction as young as third grade. I grew up, came out of the closet, and lived as a lesbian for almost 15 years, until I decided to identify as a trans male. I even changed my name to Roman.
The hardest part of living this experience, internally, is that you experience yourself as something you aren’t. But you don’t know that.
You don’t simply make a choice to feel same-sex attraction. You just feel it. And because you just feel it, you don’t question it.
I would have never in a million years believed that there was a God, and that He would completely uproot the self narrative that I had once internally experienced as true about myself.
After all, who could know me better than I know myself?
I lived in a world that constantly mirrored back to me that my feelings and internal experience of myself, attractions, and desires were normal and good.
Quickly, this idea of good was affirmed to me by the world because it was connected to this word called love.
And that’s the difficult part for people caught in the LGBTQ+ lifestyle to understand. In their hearts, they connect their attractions to their understanding of love.
The human person was made by Love Himself. We are made to be loved and to give love. That’s why this is one of the most manipulative lies the devil has ever sold the human heart.
But what Christ helped me see was that love and desire become corrupt very quickly without proper order.
If you would have told me that one day I would no longer feel same-sex attraction, I would have actually laughed in your face. I would have believed that it was impossible.
And people who identify as LGBTQ believe this too.
Why?
Because they don’t know the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
Christ is not just a person who gives life, who speaks truth, who gives love. He is Life. He is Truth. And He is LOVE.
I had an encounter with the real Christ at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in 2023. In that encounter, I felt a love so total, so intense, so undeniable, that it brought me to my knees.
I realized instantly that I didn’t know anything about love, and in that realization, I had to concede that maybe, also, I didn’t know anything about myself.
Every way in which I had previously experienced myself internally had to be rigorously brought into the light of Christ.
It was terrifying.
But after feeling that level of love, I had no choice but to chase after Him. I knew for the first time in my life, that whatever that was, it was what I was made for.
Every previous longing of my heart collapsed in importance. It’s not that I didn’t have those other longings still. I did.
But the love Christ showed me, now took the highest place in my chase for fulfillment.
I knew, for the first time in my life, that if I could only touch the hem of His garment, then just maybe I could, for the first time in my life, be fully known and fully loved.
I was right.
To be fully known and fully loved restores the human person and their dignity in ways that would shock the world to its knees.
Just like the Gospel tore down the pagan altars of the ancient world, so too did it tear down the altars of self within me.
You think you know who you are until you stand bare before the One who made you.
You will tremble in the presence of that.
It will change you.

I was honored to attend the funeral of Micah Kim last week—the 5-year-old son of my dear friend and fellow evangelist, @hey_PJK.
The sadness of losing a 5-year-old is unimaginable. But equally unimaginable is the joy at that funeral, mingled with the sadness.
Not only can joy and sadness co-exist, they must co-exist. Ultimately, the joy of the resurrection is the only thing that makes the sadness of life bearable. And that joy is REAL. I have seen it most clearly in the darkest places.
When a child dies the great sadness we all feel is that the child was cheated out of the chance to really live. But if baptism is what God promised it is, and what Paul Kim rightly identified as “the greatest gift,” then Micah didn’t miss out on much more than he was already given.
None of your accomplishments and experiences in life will ever come close to what God has already accomplished in you, if you are a baptized Christian. YOU, little human, can call God FATHER. An ant can’t call you “daddy.” The distance between you and an ant is far too great. But if you think about it, that distance is closer than the distance between you and your infinite GOD. And yet, he is your Father. By baptism He has made you a “partaker in divine nature” (2 Peter 1:4). “A new creation” (2 Corinthians 5:17). And whether you die at 5 or 95, GOD’S accomplishment in you is infinitely greater than any accomplishment you might add to what He has done.
Take a minute today to rest in that reality, with the faith and joy of a child.
God, give us the faith, hope, purity, and love of little Micah Kim.
What else do we need?
Brothers and sisters, this Advent, if our faith has grown lukewarm, return to confession. Rekindle the fire of faith that renews the Church, and prepare the way of the Lord through lives shaped by His grace.
BIG ANNOUNCEMENT: @RealMattFradd & Pints With Aquinas are coming to the Daily Wire in 2026!
We're excited for Matt to continue inspiring our culture to think more clearly, live more virtuously, and love God more deeply.
Pints isn't changing. It's just getting bigger.
My 3yo woke up at 3am, confused and scared that the power went off.
Power’s back on and she’s putting herself back to bed by singing the “Jesus Loves Me” song 🥲
