“Pistol” Pete Marovich (famous NBA player in 80s) averaged 24 points a game while playing without a left anterior descending coronary artery. He was born with a single right coronary supplying his enitre heart. He died suddently at age 40 from undiagnosed heart failure due to years of chronic asymptomatic ischemia. So if you ever feel like something in life seems impossible, just remember that Pistol Pete played his entire NBA career with one coronary artery.
