@JoeYerdon my 7 years of consumer electronics experience (though now dated) would say not a you problem & you’re in for more annoyance w them sending a tech to say the modem is defective. If they own hopefully the tech has another in the vehicle, but if you purchased you should exchange

Since Jury service is the backbone of our democracy, why don’t we pay state minimum wage?
I reference state as you can be summoned for both federal and state and serving in one state does not necessarily excuse you from another.
