@oliviaahliv @livewithmecfs Thanks for the link! ME/CFS here: Got a sleep study & found sleep apnea too, so I use a BiPAP. I use melatonin, which helps a bit. But I just recently I started Magnesium due to severe leg crapming mostly at night and I noticed a pretty immediate substantial improvement in sleep.
