@SouthwestAir . @SouthwestAir we are still at gate waiting on passengers to get back to plane b/c pilot’s poor choice to let them off plane to get a snack - flight from RIC to ATL is barely an hour and it was 7am when he let them off - PLEASE slightly delay connecting flights!!

Pilot has no update yet just let passengers off plane to get food - WTH?! If system gets fixed will take forever to get folks back on plane. Either it is known the outage is going to be a long time or pilot just made a very poor choice!
