BYUI helped me become the disciple leader I wanted to be. Professors like Sis. Willis (Geology) and Bro. Hunsaker (Spanish) left a lasting impact on my life. The gospel-centered focus & faculty’s dedication to students makes BYUI unique. 🙌 #whyBYUI#BYUIalumni#DiscipleLeader

18 years old today! I am humbled to be part of your journey. I am happy with the man you’ve become. So is your Heavenly Father. Enjoy this special day. 🎉🎁🎂 https://t.co/789kHMOtHJ
Don’t be fearful, and don’t be discouraged. God will be with you on your journey always. Just be sure to take Him and His word with you, and remember, pray always to hear His voice in the scriptures.
We are here on earth to be tested, to see if we will choose to follow Jesus Christ, to repent regularly, to learn, and to progress. Our spirits long to progress. And we do that best by staying firmly on the covenant path.
One of the great lessons I have learned about prayer is the power that comes in speaking our prayers aloud. It is one of the most meaningful ways that I have found to really connect with heaven and hear the Lord’s voice. #HearHim

Today at #GeneralConference, I invited people from every country around the world to pray. No matter how you pray or to whom you pray, please exercise your faith—whatever your faith may be—and pray for your country and for your national leaders.
"Today, I call upon our members everywhere to lead out in abandoning attitudes and actions of prejudice. I plead with you to promote respect for all of God’s children." ––President @NelsonRussellM#GeneralConference

God does not love one race more than another. He invites all to come unto Him, “black and white, bond and free, male and female” (2 Nephi 26:33).
The question for each of us, regardless of race, is the same. Are you willing to let God prevail in your life? #GeneralConference
The year 2020 has been marked, in part, by a global pandemic that has proved, examined, and tried us in many ways. I pray that we as individuals and families are learning the valuable lessons that only challenging experiences can teach us. #GeneralConference
We live in a moment of particularly strong divisions. In my #GeneralConference message today I stated that we can do better, and that is our challenge in this day. As members of the Church of Jesus Christ we can be a force to lift and bless society as a whole.
The Savior’s teaching to love our enemies is based on the reality that all mortals are beloved children of God.
Knowing that we are all children of God gives us a divine vision of the worth of others and the will and ability to rise above prejudice and racism. #GeneralConference
