THINGS I DONT DEBATE WITH MEN :
1. Abortion
2. Breastfeeding
3. Menstruation
4. Female body hair
5. Birth Control
6. Access to period products
Why? Because NONE of those involve the male body & therefore don't create any valid MALE OPINIONS
This is not content. This is child sexual Abuse
1. Yesterday, Nigerians were confronted with one of the most disturbing videos imaginable: footage allegedly showing a woman sexually abusing a small child while the child cried.
2. I stopped watching.
3. Nobody needs to watch such material repeatedly to understand what it represents.
4. In fact, people should stop circulating the video. Every repost risks turning a child’s abuse into entertainment.
5. The woman now arrested by the Anambra State Police Command has been identified as 36-year-old Añulika Onyeanusia of Onitsha.
6. Police say four children, aged two, three, six and nine, were rescued, while items relevant to the investigation were recovered.
7. Her husband is also being questioned.
8. Now Nigeria must decide what kind of society it wants to be.
9. These children must first be protected.
10. They need immediate medical assessment, specialist psychological support, a safe home and long-term trauma-informed care.
11..For now, there should be no question of returning them to the care of anyone suspected of abusing or facilitating their abuse.
12. Second, this cannot end with apologies, excuses about the devil, or claims that a video was generated by AI.
13. Those are matters for investigators and digital-forensics experts. Evidence must determine what happened.
14. If the evidence supports the allegations, Añulika Onyeanusia should be criminally prosecuted in court, not merely shamed on social media.
15. Investigators should also identify anyone who allegedly paid for, requested, purchased or distributed sexual-abuse material involving these children.
16. Follow the phones.
Follow the accounts.
Follow the money.
17. The Presidency, the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs, the Anambra State Government led by Prof @CCSoludo and child-protection authorities should make an unmistakable statement: Nigerian children are not commodities.
18. The First Lady, whose office frequently speaks about women and children, should also lend her voice to that message.
19. Most importantly, do not make these children relive this horror for public consumption.
20. Protect their names, faces and future.
21. A child abused for somebody else’s gratification or profit does not need our curiosity.
That child needs rescue.
That child needs justice.
22. That child needs a country willing to say: never again, and never without consequences.
