@TelanganaDGP ( During the inspection, I reviewed the rooms, function halls, gymnasium, swimming pool, kitchen, and areas currently under construction and issued clear directives for modernisation and upkeep. ) Very well sir. Much needed initiative & staff welfare measure.
Middle Managers face Burn Out because, they are - (1) translating strategy into execution , (2) absorbing pressure, and (3) supporting teams—often without the authority to resolve conflicts !
" Address Burnout at Every Level !
Burnout on your team won’t look the same across roles—and treating it like a single problem guarantees you’ll miss it. If you want to lead effectively, you need to spot how it shows up at each level and intervene early.

@flyntrok@blog_bleistift I am trying to refrain consciously from giving unwanted advices 😂 to others in my daily life. No one asks me for advice really 😉 but this has become s chronic weakness. Now I am advising myself.

@TGPoliceAcademy Completed Session 6 of my training to Grey Hounds Commandos & Octopus Commandos at the TGPA today. This is group B. I wish all of them success , in their new roles. Thanks ACP Bhaskar sir & ACP Satish Kumar sir for this opportunity.
@TGPoliceAcademy@abhilasha_bisht@TelanganaDGP@CVAnandIPS@TelanganaCOPs Great. If these working women employees of TGPA can save at least their previous 30 minutes every evening due to this new connectivity , it will help them immensely. They come to duty next day afresh , in their best mood. Ensures work life balance too.
Time is your most limited resource. Use it wisely
In the same way we need to be careful about our investments of money, we need to be even more careful about our investments of time.
It can seem admirable to invest your time in talking to people who have no interest in what you are saying and no desire to change. On the other hand, remind yourself, the time I am spending with these people is time that could have been invested in people who care and want to change.
My advice on this topic is pretty simple. Invest your time in people who care. They are the only ones who will ultimately benefit from your investement and, indirectly, so will you.
Life is good.

We all want people to listen to what we say.
It is natural to focus on our message, our ideas, and the value we believe we can add. In doing so, we often overlook something even more important - how we make people feel.
Before people accept our content, they experience our presence. If the connection is off, the message rarely lands, no matter how smart or well prepared it may be. When people feel seen, heard, and respected, they become open. When they do not, they close.
Connection is not a “soft skill.” It is the foundation that allows everything else to work.
If we connect as humans first, our content has a chance to shine through. If we do not, even our best thinking can be ignored.
Thank you to Marty Lanahan for this thoughtful reminder!
Life is good.

The story is **mostly based on real events** about Isaac Wright Jr., but with viral exaggerations.
**Facts:**
- Wrongfully convicted in 1991 as a “drug kingpin,” sentenced to life.
- Served ~7 years (not 10). While in prison he studied law, helped free 20+ other inmates, and got his own conviction overturned in 1997 due to prosecutorial misconduct.
- Later became a licensed attorney (admitted 2017) — first person in U.S. history to go from life sentence to practicing law in the same system.
- The judge in his case was later removed and imprisoned for unrelated corruption, but Wright did not personally “send him to prison.”
Inspirational true story, just dramatized for clicks. His life inspired the TV series *For Life*.
@CliffW08950229 An incredible story of resilience.
Wrongly sentenced to life in prison, Isaac Wright Jr. studied law from his cell, proved his innocence, became a lawyer, and later helped bring down corrupt officials involved in his case.
Bravo 👏
