@nissan Four months later and my vehicle is still sitting at Nissan Mobeni with no diagnosis, no repair date, and no clear communication.

The car was originally taken in for a non-starting issue. At one point I was called to collect it, only to arrive and find it dismantled.

Despite several follow-ups, I have received no update on this.

Nissan South Africa contacted me yesterday but could not confirm:
• a loan vehicle
• a diagnosis
• or a repair completion date

The vehicle went in with one issue and now appears to have additional problems.
