@bt_uk I spoke to someone and they have had to order a new line, which won't be actioned until Mon as nothing happens over the weekend. I'm horrified this can happen and leave my aunt so vulnerable. She is not able to use a mobile phone because of her sight/hearing. Can nothing be done?
