@bwfc_leon09 I commented & although it was reactionary it was also a fact that our form/performances at the time leading up to that PV game was poor, in 7 games prior we only won twice - one being Wycombe where we scored 3 “late” goals. Throw in the 2 draws after that… hence my frustration!
I’m not an Arsenal fan by any stretch but this ref isn’t even hiding his blatant favouritism towards PSG, some of the decisions are absolutely honking 🤣🤣🤣 #champi̇onsleaguefinal#AFC
@LarryLoons They were blokes in their 40/50’s so been around… maybe it was Dutch courage, not sure. But asked them how they were feeling & first response I got was “county win comfortably” asked why, they said “you’ve have multiple opportunities to get one over us and flap each time”
Feel like Stockport mirrored us 2 years ago vs Oxford. Saw so many of their fans overly confident on “having our number” - spoke to a couple of their fans on way to ground and they were very arrogant about how comfortable it would be! Funny how football works… #bwfc#scfc
@LarryLoons Might come as a surprise to you, but not every single person on social media is a nameless account making things up for absolutely no gain whatsoever 👍🏼
@exiledhatter Every club has them - nameless accounts that just dish pure rubbish out. As I said in another reply, they were sound blokes but they were just extremely arrogant in terms of their expectation, as if it was a dead cert. The decisions were correct but ridiculous to use it!
@s_ryan_97 In fairness the sample size is small. Just based on what I’d seen on here (which is always a small %) & as I say the few I spoke to walking up Wembley way. Don’t get me wrong they were sound, I was just quite shocked at their over confidence, just reminded me of us 2 years ago!
@danPAFC5 With the upmost respect… we are far bigger than you but also in a catchment area surrounded by prem clubs, the achievement is definitely bigger.
