I’m 49 and have just been diagnosed with #ADHD adding to my #Dyslexia. I’m not going to be ashamed of my #Neurodiversity. I’ve struggled and coped for years not knowing. It’s going to take a bit of adjustment. But I can be kinder to myself, get support and help others. A new leaf

So it begins! Just about to start the 42km #londonwinterwalk from the Oval. First walk for a couple of years. Hoping to beat my 8hrs 10mins from the summer walk. Excited to be walking! Hopefully at least one more 100km to do this year. Have a great Saturday everyone!
