@whirlpoolusa 3 mos out of warranty and my double oven’s panel needs to be replaced at a cost of $1,000. Tech told me to call and see what I could work out. I’ve called twice. One time left a message for a call back that was never received. Next time on hold an hour. Bad service.

@line_norwegian epic failure on disembarkation today off the Viva. Waited an hour and a half to get off. Then after walking in the pouring rain to the bus, we were turned around because it was full.
