3. And the team is the real reason to join.
Building alongside Amish, Kayla, Gloria, Benoit, Nicki, and Rachel has been a genuine highlight of my year. They hand you real ownership and trust you to run with it.
Autotunes, Version History, and Single-Override DELETE Endpoints. See what we've been shipping the first week of June.
Product Updates are back on the menu.
You can now use Opus 4.8 in Amplitude.
We've gotten extremely fast at Amplitude at integrating the newest models. This one happened in an hour post Opus 4.8 launch.
Amplitude's #AiWeek was such a unique and special opportunity for all of us Ampliteers to:
- Clear our calendars (from CEO @spenserskates on down)
- Dive headfirst into accelerating and optimizing our ways of working
- By building wholly new tools for ourselves and teams! 🤖
One week to imagine, experiment, and become BFFs with Claude. Here's a recap of what we learned and what we built for Amplitude's AI Week 2026.

Chatbots answer questions. AI Assistant closes the loop back to your product team. Conversations flow into Amplitude's AI Feedback system so you can see what's confusing users and act on it in the same sprint.

I have seen this firsthand!
Whether it's our Amplitude AI analytics platform features surfacing insights faster and faster, or external AI tools helping us build and ship faster and faster. Things are only advancing more rapidly over time, and we need to "adapt (adopt) or die."
There is a lot of opportunity in helping organizations adopt AI.
Model capabilities are advancing faster than organizations can leverage them, and software creation is not a bottleneck, so the limiting reagent is human adoption of the technology.
The biggest companies of this generation will be the ones best at helping others adopt AI.
This is something I wish every company had! 👏🥳🎉
I love getting to ship new, best-of products and educate customers on them! And our latest AI Assistant is no different. 📊
Your chatbot searches for help articles. It has no idea this user has been stuck on onboarding for 2 days.
Amplitude AI Assistant is built on your product data, not just your knowledge base. It knows what users did, where they're stuck, and acts on their behalf to get it done.

I train customers on this. Recently helped one build an experiment governance app on top of our API + MCP, turning a VP bottleneck into a self-serve workflow for all.
When your analytics platform carries real semantic context: Customers don't just query it, they build on it.
We built AI agents that understand what your data actually means using the language of product analytics.
Our agents reason over the semantic context teams create through normal Amplitude usage (charts, cohorts, experiments, taxonomy) and use natural language to help product, data, and growth get to trustworthy answers faster.
What's under the hood: An enrichment pipeline that creates a knowledge graph, organizational context that captures institutional knowledge and our Nova-powered query engine built for agent scale workloads at low cost.
In this article, Jacob Newman and @Nikhilgr
share our learnings from the last 6 months of building and operating agents in production as well as where we’re going with long running specialized Agents for asynchronous work.

I'm excited for Notion's aspiration to build together. Leveraging AI as a team has yet to be cracked and they're the closest.
We just replaced our weekly metric updates with an automated agent from Notion. I can't wait to see what they do next.
Higher speed of iteration means more data means you beat everyone else. The difference with AI is dramatic- you can easily test 5, 10, 100 times more.
The first iteration of a product never survives first contact with users.
