@IanMWolfe While I do agree this property needs its assessment updated, it is currently impractical to build a house there, as it is narrowerer than the properties next door. Don't know if that land survey is accurate or if next door property encroached. Would be interesting to find out.

@marcelolima Nonsense. Rail was killed in the US by the auto industry lobbying for subruban cul de sacs and endless strip malls. Rail could absolutely succeed, especially in the dense northeast corridor. Self driving vehicles/EVs will not solve congestion in our busiest corridors.
