@ODEONHelp @ODEONCinemas My point is you should be able to contact either the actual cinema or a help desk. It’s not acceptable that you have to go to the cinema to solve an issue.

@ODEONCinemas it seems impossible to get hold of anyone. There isn’t a phone number or email to contact and no phone number for local cinema. I had a problem that I needed help with which I only managed to solve by going to the actual cinema. Please let me know how to contact you
