This is another Stub Hub customer that got scammed out of his seats for the World Cup game. He bought seats in section 126 only to find out that the original seller never transferred the tickets and then received the famous reply back “these seats are unavailable.” However, this time Stub Hub did offer replacement tickets but they were in the 400 section in the nosebleeds. He doesn’t want those. When he went back online he found a whole mess of tickets still in the 126 section but Stub Hub will not replace his lost tickets with those. They said either take the 400 section or get a refund. He called and spoke with a supervisor and the supervisor said there is nothing they can do. He said you are willing to risk your reputation as a company? The supervisor said there’s nothing I can do. 🤯 And, this fan is right, so many other arrangements go into planning for a big event like this. I know many Americans aren’t into the World Cup but it would be the equivalent of purchasing Super Bowl or World Series tickets and making hotel arrangements and all kinds of plans only to find out you don’t have the tickets you bought. They should change their name to Snub Hub. Don’t give your money to Stub Hub. 💯 I’d take the refund at this point. Filing a dispute isn’t going to accomplish anything. What would you do? Take the refund and let it go? What can anyone do about it?
