@AskNationwide Already tried 0800302015 and age never managed to talk to anyone, system kept dropping her call after waiting ages. The person she talked to on the chat service was unhelpful given she was already trying to lodge a complaint. Will have another go this morning, I'll report back

@RutlandCycling, you sold my daughter a @RaleighBikes_UK e-bike before Xmas. It's got a duff battery and you've not been very helpful. As an NHS doctor she's very busy, shifts etc, and can't use the new bike. Could you please help expedite new battery? Thx!
