Twenty years ago we invaded Iraq. The war killed many innocent Iraqis and Americans. It destroyed the oldest Christian populations in the world. It cost over $1 trillion, and turned Iraq into a satellite of Iran. It was an unforced disaster, and I pray that we learn its lessons.

Being a good delegator does not mean that you don’t do some of the work. Identify the high-level work only you can and should do and delegate the rest. Match projects with staff skill sets. Establish time-lines, set expectations, and hold your team accountable for results.
True story: So someone emailed my work email to ask me why all the students on Abbott Elementary are Black and I said because it's set in Philly and they asked where the white students were and I said Philly is 75% BIPOC and majority Black and the public schools are 86% POC and they said, "so why aren't the 14% of white students represented on the show?"
