Citadel fired their best quant. He rebuilt their entire algo with Claude Fable 5 in 48 hours - and he's up $430,000 trading it against them.
He didn't take a single file. He didn't need to - ten years of that logic lived in his head, and you can't raid a memory.

Here's the engine MiroFish runs - and it's rigged in his favor. Picture a Galton board: a ball dropping through eight rows of pegs, bouncing left or right at random.
One ball is chaos. Thousands of balls always fall into the same bell curve. That's the law he weaponized.
Every ball is one trade. Each row is a volatility gate - news, liquidations, order-book flow, things nobody controls.
On a fair board every gate is a 50/50 coin flip. His model tilts each one to 0.54 - four cents of edge that only shows up when fair value splits from the book.
Four cents sounds like nothing.
Compound it through eight gates, thirty-two thousand times, and the whole bell shifts right of breakeven: 71% of trades land green.
$93 of edge per trade. $430k across the distance.
Watch the win rate converge in real time - it swings between 50 and 85% for the first few dozen trades, then locks on 0.71 and never leaves.
He doesn't predict a single trade. One trade is a coin flip. Eighteen thousand is mathematics.
They thought firing him protected the edge. They just handed it a grudge.

@TeamYouTube After youtube channel is recovered, my playlists are gone and have not recovered. I had many my own playlists. After the incident almost all playlists are erased except some (three) empty playlists with no name. As I created a playlist for test, only that remains.
The future of building startups:
- MVP speed (1x per month)
- AI-accelerated
- Superniche is the new niche
- Community 1st, software 2nd
- No-code 1st, some code 2nd
- 10x more automated
- Global teams, localized products
- 95% dominated by solopreneurs and microentrepreneurs (teams less than 12)
- Pop-up digital experiences (apps that only work on certain times)
- Needs the marketing holy-trinity to hit escape velocity: 1. product/market fit, 2. content/market fit and 3. community/market fit
- Team is half robots 🤖, half humans 👨🦰 (cc @youneedarobot)
- Accelerated by "boring marketing" (cc @boringmarketer)
- Multiple revenue streams
- Design matters. The bar is high
- Partnered w/ creators (creators are the distribution)
- Feels like a game (levels, status, badges, in-app currency, challenges, collectibles/items)
- Purpose-driven moonshots: societal impact matters
- Productized agencies to generate cashflow (ex design agency @DispatchDesign)
- Product studios become the norm
- 99% of MVPs won't need VC

Over 100,000 copies of my book @intensivedata have now been sold. In this blog post I examine some of the economics of book-writing https://t.co/DceQjrdQOX
ERR_print_errors()에서 자꾸 죽고 있어서 이게 왜이러나 했더니만 OpenSSL 엔진이 친절하게도 실패함수명을 댕글링 포인터를 반환했다. 많은 시간이 날아갔다.
When an dynamic OpenSSL engine loading fails, we can get SEGV if it calls ERR_put_error() kindly. Oh my hours...
I am very concerned that Apple Silicon will have the same sort of concurrency concerns that their PowerPC systems used to have due to the relaxed memory model of ARM relative to X86. There's a ton of desktop software written assuming TSO.
So many bugs; so many missing fences.
