After i lost 15k in 2025 in crypto here is what i take
I don’t trade memes ever again
I stick to alts and BTC
Most of the time i look for utility coins who generate millions in transections daily in early stages.
I call ZEC $141
Call aster $0.18
Call VVV around 8
CZ's actual advice for Crypto Beginners
► Step 1 : learn first. He points to Binance Academy as the top resource
► Step 2 : start small. Not 50% of your net worth.
Start with 1%, even 0.1%. $100, $200, $500, whatever size doesn't scare you.
► What that actually means in practice: learn the mechanics first, wallets, addresses, backups, encrypted backups, sending transactions. Then experiment with DeFi and yield. Only scale up once you understand what you're doing.
► On risk: if a price drop genuinely stresses you out, not just Twitter complaining, that's the signal to reduce your position size.
► Controlling risk matters as much as making money. Don't be too greedy, don't be too fearful
► His comparison: it's like any sport. You don't jump to the extreme version on day one. You build up to it.
► His closing point: crypto is the new finance, the new money. The earlier you understand it, the easier it is to benefit from it.
The Takeaway:
No shortcuts, no urgency-bait. Learn first, start small, and let stress be your risk gauge, not greed. It's the least exciting advice in crypto, which is probably why it's the advice that actually works.

the wealth effect is starting to show up again
$ZEC running from a few hundred to $1.5k is a good example
> majors run → crypto natives make money
> profits rotate further down the risk curve
> majors hit mainstream news → new retail pays attention
> more users flow into crypto + mobile trading apps
> more capital eventually looks for smaller onchain opportunities
this rotation has happened across multiple crypto cycles
Aster is officially one year old today, and we still need to keep shipping and building.
There are many ways to measure the length of a year. For me, the most meaningful one is how far we’ve expanded the boundaries of what Aster can do.
A year ago, Aster was primarily a perp DEX. Since then, we’ve built a chain, added entirely new asset classes, opened up the listing process, and kept pushing for a better onchain trading experience.
On markets:
•Global equity, commodity and pre-IPO perpetuals
•USD1 RWA perpetuals, with Aster being the first DEX to list them
•Prediction markets
On infrastructure:
•Aster Chain mainnet
•Staking and onchain governance
•Aster Code for ecosystem builders
•AOS-1, where spot listings are decided by validator vote instead of private negotiation
•AOS-2, extending the same model to perpetuals
For traders:
•Zero maker fees on crypto pairs and negative maker fees on RWA pairs
•Some of the lowest RWA trading fees in the market
•Hidden Orders, Chase Order, TWAP, Scale Orders and sub-accounts
•Aster Vault
•Binance Connect and Binance Wallet integrations
And on $ASTER itself:
•99% of daily platform fees go toward buying back $ASTER, with every burn executed on schedule and publicly verifiable onchain
•We extended the unlock cliff for 400,000,000 team-allocated $ASTER by another twelve months
A broader scope means more users from all over the world and a greater responsibility. We’re nowhere near done.
For year two, I want us to spend even more time on the small things that make Aster a better product.
So today we’re launching the Aster UX Enhancement Program, Season 1, with 10,000 aFEE set aside for user feedback.
No need for a formal report or a long write-up. Whenever you're using ASTER in your daily work and something feels the least bit frustrating or off, just tell us here:
https://t.co/n5CNQ1OvAT
1000 slots are open on the feedback page. If we find your feedback useful and act on it, you’ll receive 10 aFEE in your account, enough to cover your next 10 USDT in trading fees.
Help us make year two better.
