@FordCredit Yes, I have been working with @VarsityFordAA and they have been working with their contacts @Ford The issue everyone points to is "the system" that provides incentives and is not flexible to override. @VarsityLincoln has indicated other customers have encountered the same issue.

What @Ford indicated at the time was that all incentives/promotions in place at the time of the order would be honored when the vehicle arrived. The issue is the
@FordCredit Lease renewal credit expired 90 days after lease end and cannot be applied now. How can you help??

@FordCredit Need help leasing the new Explorer that was ordered from @VarsityFordAA. Getting runaround on who can fix the lease renewal incentive in the system so that it can be applied now.

@Ford @FordCredit @VarsityFordAA @FordCredit Was paying $505 on a 0down, 15K 2 year 2021 Explorer Limited lease. Payment for 12K 2 year 2023 Explorer Limited lease about $680/mo, with the exact same options!?! $175/month more???

I have contacted @Ford Customer Service, @FordCredit and Ford Program Headquarters on the phone and via DM here. @VarsityFordAA has also contacted their Ford reps. No one is able to provide a solution. I have been continuously leasing at least 1 @Ford vehicle since 2008.

@Ford I need some help leasing a new Explorer that I ordered from @VarsityFordAA on March 16. I bought out my previous
@FordCredit lease in mid-April since you wouldn't extend it. The new Explorer WAS to be built first week in May, but was delayed until now due recalls.
