@TWLOHA My husband passed in 1980. A darkness lived caged in me for so long, it became part of who I was. Another part of me knew that wasn’t right and so I’ve continued to search the way to release that darkness. I finally realized that I had locked myself in there. I was the darkness.
@TWLOHA It takes a very long time. I had so many different expectations along the path of my healing. Sometimes I’d think ‘why aren’t I over this yet?’ Sometimes I had to accept that life was never going to be perfect and I had to refocus my thinking to remember all the good things.
@TWLOHA I build sacred geometry in my mind and think about someone I love who is alive. Sometimes I go with the flow of my thoughts and simply allow rather than fight it. Breathe deep.
