@claudeai Paid $27 for Claude usage credits on advice from a Claude chat that it could cover my Pro renewal — that was a wrong advise, credits and Pro are billed separately. Used ~$2. Requested a refund since Aug 3, no human response in 3+ weeks. Can someone help, please?
