@TeamYouTube 2/2 if a video has artistic merit, according to YouTube guidlines, it does not violate YouTube policy. Can we have a human view the account? I still have not been informed by @teamyoutube or through email which video allegedly violated the guidelines
@TeamYouTube 1/2 Hello, thanks for the response. Can we escalate this case to an actual human? This is why the channel needs to be seen by someone rather than an automated system. Nothing was uploaded for the purpose of sexual gratification. According to the nudity and sexual content policy-

@TeamYouTube Great. Look forward to the response. Just to clarify— if my account is being Flagged for ‘nudity’ an algorithm or bot could have marked it, but upon review by a human it could be seen as having artistic merit, which is one of the reasons nudity is allowed. Is that correct?
@TeamYouTube Thanks for the response. There’s been no previous warning or strikes to the channel. I’ve scoured my email. Just a sudden termination. I’ve appealed, but am afraid I’ll be met with another bot!
