Hi friends! We've seen some concerns and worries over "glitches" in the smoothie minigame that could result in getting your account banned. We want to make it clear that there is nothing to be worried about if you're simply playing the game and have bad wifi or disconnection issues!

📢 The game only flags people who are using exploit methods to gain an unreasonable amount of smoothies over 100+, in one session.

We have added preventative measures for achieving unreasonable amounts of smoothies made, but engaging in any form of lag exploits can result in a flag on your account. This is a gentle reminder to not attempt to recreate any exploits circulating around socials to keep your account secure. There is a very vocal minority who has faced the 30 day ban for exploiting the smoothie game - 276 accounts to be exact. We completely understand the worries, but have seen a lot of misinformation and falsified ban videos being spread! While we empathize with those who have wanted to gain more currency at a faster rate, we ask that you still abide by game policies at all times. We've reduced the ban duration for these 276 people to 1 week.

Lastly, we want to share that we enforce such bans for exploits because it is against the Roblox TOS, and lag switching in particular is a mechanism that provides an unfair advantage to others and is prohibited in several other games, inside and outside of Roblox. Exploiting comes in multiple forms and not just through a 3rd party source or scripting. We want to keep the game fair and friendly for all! 💕

Anyone who feels that they have unfairly been banned can contact [email protected] 💌 We have been manually verifying every ban appeal and will make sure that if there are any unfair bans, that those players get their accounts reinstated!
