@KabagambeI Some arrogant naysayers will say that the government is behind all these ladies with fancy clothes and possessions being broke while they fail to invest in skills and work. Yet you will see these kinda ladies in the club at 4 AM on Monday. Depression is everywhere.
@xtr_africa@HouseForeignGOP I guess this was late because during the signage, Burundi FDNB to be exact was bombing M23. So.... what peace deal violation is there for M23 if they had to defend?
@be_johns@Rwa_Freedom Sir why don't you take what you have and leave this? You chose a side, which is leaving the force, why don't you keep that and leave Rwanda's politics away since you fled anyway. You are saving no one, not urging anyone. Rwanda is the peaceful country for a reason. So please!
@UrugwiroVillage So what happens to Congolese citizens fighting for their own rights? What happens to those who will pick on from where M23 was and keep the movement going? What happens to those who have actually found peace in Goma after it was under control by M23? DRC is never safe w/o us!
@HarianaVeras If you really think Rwanda is the problem to DRC, you'll have to think again... Think about it, do you think the country with a budget lower than Trumps net worth is able to fight the DRC?? I can't believe all your political lies anymore. Wow
@onduhungirehe Dear minister @onduhungirehe , so now that Rwanda and Conghas signed the peace agreement. When is the M23 gonna sign the agreement? This in my opinion does not solve the problem of Congolese that are being thrown out of their homes or killed bcuz of their grt grd fathers origin.
@allenkab33 He did not underestimate the contribution of church, but he on the other hand addressed the mentality of unprofessionalism within churches. Where churches are business than religion anymore. Don't get the wrong idea, church is not a problem to Rwanda's economy. Bad churches are.
I’ve been studying the international historiography (in French, English, and German) of the Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda since 2006. Since 2020, I’ve focused more specifically on anti-RPF genocide denialism, going through different archival collections and all kind materials produced by genocidaires and denialists. I could easily mimic the voices, gestures, and those endlessly monotonous denialist speeches of Gatebuke & Freeman, Christine Coleman, Rusesabagina, or the "ambassador" who fled with state money — I know their act by heart.😅
I’ve been to Rwanda and interviewed Inkotanyi. My X account is a kind of research journal. 👉
Which means I formed my opinion AFTER looking at the facts.
Do you really think I would risk my name and a 25-year academic career if today’s #Rwanda were a dictatorship ?
As for the book, I gave it two stars despite its factual and methodological flaws, because I’m not against Rwandans writing their own testimonies — as long as they have the courage and honesty to say what they and their families did in 1994. This is a factor that completely shapes what Rwandans think about the RPF.
The book would have definitely earned more stars from me if the authors had shared their OWN experiences instead of offering a biased take on the Inkotanyi just to vent their hatred toward President #Kagame.
