I have informed your team about a defective product and your team has re-opened ticket on 21st Jun,2024 and today is 28th jun,2024
now, 8 days have passed since ticket re-opened and no call and support received
I request at least call the customer

1st issue mismatch of product number but i have not get resolution for 2nd issue defective product.
Who will provide resolution for 2nd issue defective product????

Multiple complaints about the wrong product and Zero resolution.
False promises every time from your senior escalation team, but no action and call from the Support team received
Please check the issue and provide the resolution ASAP

If you check the 19th May,2024 complaint then you will find two things,
1. Product number mismatch present on bill and product
2. Additionally, defective products have not been addressed

The initial complaint was filed on 19th May 2024, and it has now been 1 month without any resolution.
Despite 17 escalations from the JioMart escalation team and 3 times escalated by the social media team with no support received.
@JioMart_Support I have previously reached out to you by email, telesupport, social media, and even a national consumer helpline, in every way that is feasible to seek a resolution.
If you still believe then dm me details i will contact your executive.
@JioMart_Support Please don't tell me that we tried to reach you; instead of you have my email-Ir, phone no, home address, and social media account to contact us if you have any kind of solution.
@JioMart_Support your Resq team 3 times about missed timelines (48, 72, 24 hours) as promised. And now, on June 13, 2024, they have the audacity to tell me the visit was canceled without any prior communication or attempt to connect with me, the customer.
@JioMart_Support I've had enough! 😡 I've reached out to your tele-support 13 times, and even contacted Reliance Retail Resq 3 times. On June 5, 2024, I was told a final visit would be scheduled after a 15-day wait period. But guess what? From June 5th to June 13th, I've had to remind...
