Miss Carlee Russell was abducted on 7/13/23 off of Interstate 459 South, mile marker 11, Exit 10 around the vicinity of Hoover High School area around 9:30pm-10:00pm in Hoover, Alabama.

Carlee is about 5’5 and 150-160lbs.

Her red Mercedes was left on the side of the interstate with all of her belongings, purse, cell phone and other items.

She stopped because she saw a baby or child on the side of the interstate. She called 911 and family members to let them know. The last person she was on the phone with heard screams.

It’s time to unpack & clarify the phrase “when conditions are met” regarding Ukraine’s membership in NATO. NATO should spell out explicitly these conditions. Ukraines government could then document specific progress publicly. NGOs could then verify this progress towards these conditions in a transparent way
