@the_agenci @ColourBoxMktg @Minal2804 @CaltechIT There’s no requirement for ‘double opt-in’ in GDPR. Just be clear about how you obtained Consent (Article 7) and review guidance from WP29. Also review PECR as it’s that regulation which sets out clear(er) rules for marketing. Happy to help if we can. Just ask 🙂
