Is it completely fair to charge the same subscription cost for HW3 & HW4 vehicles despite running two different softwares?
Just a thought. @elonmusk
According to Ashok, the new V14 Lite for HW3 will include pretty much all the features as HW4 V14 (start from park, presumably arrival options, etc). Itβs expected to release at the end of June.
That will improve the HW3 experience drastically. Iβm looking forward to doing a head to head between both HW3/HW4 V14 when it rolls out.

@elonmusk@Tesla what is the purpose of autopilot if the car keeps asking me to keep my hand on the wheel so much so itβs like Iβm driving a normal carβ¦
This is the issue with driving in general. As we move to cars equipped with more tech it's become 'safer' because we know more. Back in the day if you had a flat tire your manual car wouldn't be able to tell you that. The thing is, you shouldn't expect the automaker to tailor the car to your specific preferences and needs, rather, there needs to be improvements in testing alertness for drivers before letting them on the road. This isn't just an issue of safety for the driver but for other drivers around them.
My parents got a flat tire today while driving at low speed.
They did not notice the on-screen warning.
They are older and their peripheral vision is limited.
@Tesla please make a special mode for old people such that red warnings are more visible and come with an aural alert.
