big business donors wanted a class of indentured laborers who cost less than actual Americans.

Democrats kept this state of affairs alive by calling anyone who opposed it racist. Republicans kept this state of affairs alive by calling anyone who opposed it communist and anti-market.

Our country is now overrun with foreigners, welfare seems to be entirely fraudulent, we’re $40 trillion in debt, our cities are ground zero for millennia-old ethnic and tribal conflicts, and our own countrymen can’t find work or afford a home in a nation built for them by their ancestors.

And if you have a problem with this, Democrats will call you a racist and Republican politicians will call you communist and also call you racist.

Legislation proposal: Truth in Campaigning Act

Section 1. Short Title
This Act may be cited as the “Truth in Campaigning Act.”

Section 2. Purpose
The purpose of this Act is to promote accountability and honesty in political campaigns by requiring elected officials to adhere to the core policy positions and agendas on which they campaigned. Campaigning under false pretenses undermines public trust and the democratic process. Officials who substantially abandon the principal positions they presented to voters shall be subject to immediate removal from office and related sanctions.

Section 3. Definitions
For purposes of this Act:
(a) “Campaign agenda” means the specific policy positions, ideological commitments, or platform planks that a candidate publicly and repeatedly advanced during the campaign for office, as documented in campaign materials, speeches, advertisements, debates, questionnaires, or official statements.
(b) “Material deviation” means a pattern of official actions—including votes, sponsorship or co-sponsorship of legislation, executive actions, or public advocacy—that is substantially inconsistent with the candidate’s campaign agenda on one or more core issues. Isolated or minor variances, procedural votes, or good-faith compromises that do not overturn the essential commitment shall not constitute material deviation.
(c) “Core issues” include, but are not limited to, the candidate’s stated positions on economic system (e.g., support for free-market capitalism versus collectivist or communist policies), free speech, the Second Amendment, and party-aligned principles when the candidate explicitly ran under a party label.

Section 4. Accountability Requirement
Any person elected to public office who, while serving in that office, engages in a material deviation from their campaign agenda shall be deemed to have campaigned under false pretenses and shall be subject to the remedies in Section 5.

Section 5. Remedies and Enforcement
(a) Immediate Removal
Upon a determination of material deviation under the procedures established in this Act, the official shall be immediately removed from office. The vacancy shall be filled according to existing law for the relevant office.
(b) Party Bar
Any official removed under this Act shall be permanently barred from membership, endorsement, or affiliation with the political party under whose banner or label they campaigned.
(c) Determination Process
A formal complaint may be filed by any registered voter in the relevant jurisdiction, a state attorney general, or a designated independent oversight body. The complaint shall be adjudicated by [a designated court / independent ethics tribunal / bipartisan commission—to be specified]. The process must provide due process, including notice, opportunity to respond, and presentation of evidence of the campaign agenda and subsequent official actions. A finding of material deviation requires clear and convincing evidence.

Section 6. Illustrative Examples
The following situations illustrate the type of conduct intended to be covered (non-exhaustive):
A candidate who campaigns and is elected as a Republican but thereafter consistently votes in alignment with the opposing party’s positions on core issues.
A candidate who campaigns on support for free-market capitalism but, once in office, votes for or advances policies that establish or expand communist or centrally planned economic systems.
A candidate who campaigns on strong support for free speech but subsequently introduces, sponsors, or votes for legislation that restricts speech under “hate speech” or similar frameworks that contradict the campaigned position.
A candidate who campaigns on support for the Second Amendment but thereafter introduces, sponsors, or votes for restrictive gun-control measures that substantially undermine the rights previously endorsed.

What we need to do is look at the Democrats gerrymandered states and count how many Republican seats they have cut out.

Once we have that number, gerrymander the red states until we have those seats back.

Maintain this gerrymandering until the Blue states give their Republican collogues accurate representation.

I have been watching the ongoing fight between Steam and the payment processors Visa and MasterCard and I felt that you need to be alerted to this assault on the Constitution.

The nutshell, Visa and MasterCard have told Steam that they will censor the platform in accordance with the payment processors wishes of they will cripple Steam's ability to do business by denying them their services.

This is hate speech legislation, enforced by unelected liberals through their control of the payment processing platforms.

This is not the only time this has happened, years ago MasterCard forced Patreon to remove Carl Benjamin (AKA Sargon of Akkad) from their platform, even though Carl did not violate Patreon's terms of service.

So this has been going on for years, but they are now openly showing their hand by going after major platforms and forcing them to change in accordance with their totalitarian dictates. They do this, while our elected officials sit on the laurels and do noting.

This latest assault by the payment processors must be stopped, and I am hoping and praying that you realize the danger of allowing this to proceed unchecked, and take action.

Good day, I have another legislation proposal.

With the exception of constitutional law, have all legislation passed by the House and Senate expire after 10 years.

At the end of the 10 years the House and Senate will have to re-examine the effects of the legislation and vote to either continue it for another 10 years or allow it to expire.
