Some thoughts:

- Apply multipliers based on achievements & stats within #StepN, #Mooar and other platforms.

- Maximum 1-2 wins per wallet in each wallet over all rounds.

- This will still allow whales to enter in size and almost certainly secure a win but it opens up more options to the active #StepN community as whale funds shouldn’t be distributed over a lot of different wallets.
